About Us
Ray Fisher
I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BA in mathematics in 1974 and a JD in 1977. I have been licensed as a lawyer since 1977.
I have practiced in the following areas of law: bankruptcy, business and commercial, corporate, personal injury, family, mental health, criminal, and real estate. In business, commercial, real estate, and corporate law I have done both transaction and litigation work. My corporate law experience includes for profit and non profit corporations as well as in house counsel for a medium sized corporation. I have litigation experience in all of these areas.
My practice is focused on consumer and business bankruptcies as well as the formation and representation of businesses.
Cassidy Walker
Cassidy came to my office with a background of working at Countrywide, one of the largest mortgage companies in the US . She worked in their bankruptcy department. With this background she brings a great deal of knowledge and skill to her work with my office that is invaluable. She has been with me since 2004.
